Junk Removal

Is the on-site estimate really free?+

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. If the price doesn't work for you, you can say no before we start.

Do I need to move items outside?+

No. We carry items out from inside the home, garage, upstairs rooms, sheds or the backyard as long as access is safe.

How do you price junk removal?+

Single items are priced individually. Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our trailer they fill, plus weight, stairs, long carries and disposal fees.

What happens to my stuff?+

Usable furniture and household items are donated or reused whenever possible, and the rest goes to proper disposal or recycling.

Dumpster Rental

What can I rent right now?+

Our 6×12 dump trailer. Larger 7×14 dumpsters are coming soon — join the waitlist on this page and we'll let you know first.

How much does the trailer cost?+

$120 for 1 day (1 ton included), $299 for 3 days (1 ton included) or $550 for 7 days (1.5 tons included), plus a $50 delivery fee. Pickup and disposal are included. Extra days are $50 and weight over the allowance is $75 per ton.

Can I put dirt or concrete in it?+

Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, brick and roofing are quoted separately because of weight limits — tell us when you book.

What can't go in the trailer?+

No hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, tires or batteries. Heavy materials like concrete or dirt have weight limits we confirm when you book.

What kind of demolition do you do?+

Small, non-structural projects like sheds, decks, fences, playsets, hot tubs and interior fixtures. We don't do structural demolition.
