1. What we collect

• Booking details: name, phone, email, address, ZIP, job description, dates, and your agreement to our terms (with date and time).
• Calls and texts: messages you send us and, where you are informed, call recordings and transcripts.
• How you found us: the page or campaign link that brought you here (for example a Google or Instagram link), stored in your browser and sent with your booking.
• Job photos taken before and after the work, and photos you upload for an online estimate. Estimate photos are analyzed by an AI service provider to suggest a price range and are kept with your inquiry.
• Anonymous visit counts: which pages are viewed, the type of device and how you arrived. We don't use advertising cookies and don't store IP addresses for this.

We never collect payment card details on this website.

2. How we use it

To schedule and complete your job, contact you about it, provide quotes and receipts, keep business and tax records, improve our service and understand which advertising channels work. We use job photos in marketing only with your permission and without personal details.

3. Text messages

If you book or contact us, we may text you about your booking (confirmations, arrival updates, quotes). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree, and we never share your number for others' marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, messaging, scheduling and phone answering tools), under their own privacy protections, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records as long as needed for the service and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Contact details from inquiries that don't become jobs are anonymized after about 90 days.
