Two ways to clear a job site

Load-and-haul: we come with the truck and trailer, load everything ourselves and leave the site swept. Best when the work is done and the debris is piled up.

Dump trailer rental: we drop our 6×12 trailer on site, your crew fills it over one, three or seven days, and we haul it to disposal. Best while the project is still going. Weight allowance is 1 ton for three days and 1.5 tons for seven; extra weight is $75 per ton.

For contractors and flippers

We work with remodelers, handymen and fix-and-flip investors around Jacksonville who need debris gone between trades. Call or text with the address and a photo, and we'll give you a price and a time window the same day.

Heavy materials

Drywall, tile, roofing shingles, concrete and brick are heavy for their size, so they're priced by weight on top of trailer space. A few bags or buckets add about $40; half a pickup load about $150. Larger amounts are quoted from photos.

What we can't take

Asbestos-containing material, lead paint chips, paint, solvents, adhesives and anything hazardous need a licensed abatement or hazardous-waste hauler. If you're not sure about older materials, ask before we load.
