You decide, we lift
A garage cleanout goes fastest when you walk us through it once: this shelf stays, everything on that side goes. We do the rest — boxes, old furniture, broken tools, exercise equipment, holiday decorations nobody wants back.
If you'd rather sort as we go, that works too. We pause when we find something you might want to keep.
Priced by the trailer
Garage jobs are priced by how much of our 6×12 dump trailer the load fills. A corner of the garage is a quarter or half trailer; most of a one-car garage is about three quarters ($449–$599); a fully packed one is a full load ($599–$699).
Paint, chemicals, oil, fuel and propane can't go in our trailer — set them aside and we'll tell you where Duval and St. Johns residents can drop them off for free.
Swept clean, same visit
Most garage cleanouts take two to four hours. When the last load is on the trailer we sweep up so the floor is ready for the car, a home gym or a new set of shelves.
Rather do it yourself?
If you want to sort at your own pace over a weekend, rent our 6×12 dump trailer instead: we drop it in the driveway, you load it, we haul it away. Three days is $299 with a ton included, plus $50 delivery.

Paint, chemicals, motor oil, fuel and propane tanks. Set them aside and we'll point you to the free county drop-off.
